Hi there! 🌱 I’m Julia Flaherty, a student health and wellness coach with MindBodyGreen, dedicated to supporting individuals like you in achieving meaningful goals and creating sustainable habits. Whether you’re seeking greater fulfillment, improved health, or a new sense of direction, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. My goal is to complete the program and achieve my health & wellness coaching certification by the end of 2025 with your support!

What Is Health & Wellness Coaching?

 

Health and wellness coaching is all about YOU. It’s a collaborative process where we’ll focus on your unique goals and vision for holistic well-being. Unlike medical professionals or therapists, my role isn’t to prescribe, treat, or advise but to empower you to uncover solutions and take actionable steps toward the changes you want to see in your life.

 

Together, we’ll:

  • Identify what’s already working.

  • Resolve obstacles standing in your way.

  • Define small, achievable steps to help you reach your goals.

 

What to Expect

 

Tailored Sessions
Our sessions are designed around your needs and aspirations. Through open communication, goal setting, and accountability, I’ll help you build habits and create lasting change.

Confidentiality
Sessions will be recorded for faculty review as part of my certification program. Rest assured: Your privacy is a top priority, and confidentiality will be upheld as allowed by law.

Flexibility & Support
Your coaching journey is voluntary and flexible. You can opt out anytime, but I value your feedback—it helps me grow as a coach and refine my approach to others. While I am completing the program, all sessions are free.

How It Works

  1. Getting Started: Before our first session, you’ll review and sign a coaching agreement to set clear expectations.

  2. Your First Session: We’ll explore your goals, challenges, and aspirations to create a personalized action plan.

  3. Ongoing Support: Schedule sessions at your convenience. Whether you want regular check-ins or occasional guidance, I’ll work with your schedule to meet your needs.
