Whether you’re seeking greater fulfillment, improved health, or a new sense of direction, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. What Is Health & Wellness Coaching?
Health and wellness coaching is all about YOU. It’s a collaborative process where we’ll focus on your unique goals and vision for holistic well-being. Unlike medical professionals or therapists, my role isn’t to prescribe, treat, or advise but to empower you to uncover solutions and take actionable steps toward the changes you want to see in your life.

Our sessions are designed around your needs and aspirations. Through open communication, goal setting, and accountability, I’ll help you build habits and create lasting change.

Your privacy is a top priority, and confidentiality will be upheld as allowed by law.

Flexibility & Support
It's important to honor the time commitments we set together during this program. That said, I understand that life happens, and I’ll offer flexibility when possible. If you need to reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when you can—let’s do our best to communicate openly and respectfully if plans need to shift.

Specialization
Although I don't have a formal specialization, I bring over two decades of personal experience living with chronic illness, which can be valuable for individuals with type 1 diabetes (T1D) or other autoimmune diseases. However, I welcome anyone interested in coaching who is ready to make a change, has an open mind, and is eager to grow into the person they envision!

Getting Started: Before our first session, you’ll review and sign a coaching agreement to set clear expectations. You'll also decide which program to sign up for, which will include 5 to 10 sessions! You'll get all of these details in your intro email.

Your First Session: We’ll explore your goals, challenges, and aspirations to create a personalized action plan.

Ongoing Support: Schedule sessions at your convenience. Whether you want regular check-ins or occasional guidance, I’ll work with your schedule to meet your needs.
